As a fitness enthusiast, I have helped many people meet their personal fitness goals. I decided to start a blog to share some of my tips with the public to inspire everyone to exercise. It is so important for the health of our generation and generations to come. Many of my friends have gym-phobia, and that is the inspiration for my first fitness tip, although there are many more to come! I want to tell everyone that exercise can be done anywhere, and while gyms are great places to exercise, they are not the only places. It is important to find an activity you enjoy, or at least don't mind, doing. That can be a sport or even dancing in your room alone! Just get up and move and get that heart-rate up!
